Dear Parents/Guardians,

Get ready for an amazing adventure in faith! Over the next few months, our Children’s Ministry will embark on a captivating journey through the stories of Creation, the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes, the Fruit of The Spirit, and The 28 Fundamental Beliefs of Seventh-Day Adventism. This is a golden opportunity for your children to explore and understand the foundational truths of our faith, why we believe in the Bible, and what it means to be a Seventh-Day Adventist.

Why This Journey Matters:

  • Engaging Lessons: Our engaging and interactive lessons will bring the stories of Creation to life, help children understand God’s laws, and embrace the teachings of Jesus in the Beatitudes.
  • Building Faith: These lessons will set a strong foundation, helping your children understand why we trust in God and how we are called to live as His beloved children.
  • Community and Fun: Your kids will form lasting friendships, enjoy fun activities, and feel a sense of belonging within our church community.

Join Us Every Sabbath: Each Sabbath, your children will dive into new and exciting Bible stories, participate in creative activities, and grow in their faith journey. We are committed to making these sessions not only educational but also incredibly fun and memorable.

Join us every Saturday morning for Sabbath School, available for every age!

Our Children’s Ministry welcomes all children into a warm, Christ‑centered Sabbath School experience each Saturday morning. Instead of separating children strictly by age, we gather them in a mixed‑age classroom where they can learn, worship, and grow together. This approach reflects the way families, churches, and biblical communities naturally function — older and younger believers side by side, encouraging one another in faith.

Our goal is to create a space where every child feels valued, supported, and connected, and where spiritual growth happens through relationships as much as through lessons.

A mixed‑age Sabbath School allows children to learn from one another in meaningful ways. This model is intentional, developmentally sound, and spiritually rich. It helps children build character, strengthen relationships, and experience the church as a family.

Older children have the opportunity to:

  • Practice leadership by guiding younger classmates
  • Develop patience as they support children with different needs
  • Grow in empathy and understanding
  • Learn service by modeling Christlike behavior
  • Build confidence as younger children look to them for help
  • Strengthen their own faith by explaining ideas in simple, meaningful ways

Research shows that older children in mixed‑age settings often demonstrate increased responsibility, stronger social skills, and deeper engagement because they feel trusted and needed.

Younger children thrive as they:

  • Learn patience and cooperation
  • Observe and imitate positive behavior from older peers
  • Build trust through supportive relationships
  • Gain confidence as they participate alongside older children
  • Develop stronger language and social skills
  • Experience a sense of belonging in a family‑like environment

Studies indicate that younger children in mixed‑age groups often show improved emotional regulation and greater comfort participating in group activities.

Our mixed‑age classroom creates a setting where children:

  • Form friendships across age groups
  • Learn to care for one another
  • Experience teamwork rather than competition
  • Engage in discussions enriched by different perspectives
  • Grow spiritually through shared worship, prayer, and hands‑on activities

This approach mirrors the early church, where believers of all ages gathered together to learn and grow in faith.

Every child who enters our Sabbath School is welcomed with love and care. Our teachers and helpers are dedicated to creating a safe, joyful, and spiritually nurturing environment where children can explore God’s Word, ask questions, and build a personal relationship with Jesus.

We believe that when children learn together — older and younger, side by side — they experience the beauty of Christian community in a powerful way!
